Job Title: Writer/Content Development Specialist

Rate: $25/hr. W2 (Without benefits) Weekly 40 hours
Description:
Work location is onsite at San Francisco office for this position. But remote (near bay area) can be considered.
We’re seeking two experienced content developers to support the migration of knowledge assets into a new format optimized for AI integration. In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to transform existing documentation into structured, ingestible content for internal AI tools.
Ideal candidates will have:
o Strong writing and content creation skills
o Background in marketing or content development (preferred)
o Experience with AI tools
o Experience with content management systems or maintaining internal knowledge bases
o Familiarity with ServiceNow (a plus)
