About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Real Estate Product Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of its multifamily lending product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and lifecycle management of these products, serving as the go-to expert in multifamily real estate finance, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive product innovation. Key tasks include analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs to shape the product strategy, as well as representing the company in industry events and strategic partnerships. The role also involves monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements to ensure growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in real estate finance, with a specific focus on multifamily lending, and a proven track record in product strategy and management at a senior level. Deep knowledge of multifamily underwriting, loan structuring, and secondary market execution is essential. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to develop and deliver training, product collateral, and go-to-market strategies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or equivalent being preferred. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering innovative real estate solutions and a strong understanding of capital markets.
