Job Description Seeking BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to join team near Chico, CA.
- One physician practice, no midlevel
- 2 days in clinic currently
- 10-12 half day
- 20-25 full day
- Ideally we have 5 days of clinic coverage
- 1 in 2 call
- Heavy inpatient consult load
- Current compensation plan is based on percent of charges
- Move to wRVU model in future
