Contract Guarantee: 72 hours biweekly (excludes on-call hours)\nRequired: BILH coversheet\nPosition: Radiation Therapist\nJob Summary: Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments, perform daily equipment QA, maintain supplies, and ensure safe, accurate patient care.\nEssential Responsibilities:\n\n\nProvide patient and family education to support treatment compliance.\n\n\nMonitor physical/physiological response to therapy; escalate concerns appropriately.\n\n\nAdminister radiation treatments safely and accurately; document reactions and outcomes.\n\n\nAssess patient data and provide age-appropriate care per department policies.\n\n\nPosition, immobilize, and align patients; troubleshoot set-up issues.\n\n\nMaintain logs and daily treatment records with complete, accurate documentation.\n\n\nCollaborate with Level II Radiation Therapist to resolve clinical concerns.\n\n\nUtilize QA processes to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.\n\n\nAdjust workflow and schedule based on operational needs.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\nMA Radiation Therapist License (RadTech- RadThrpy)\n\n\nARRT certification\n\n\nBLS\n\n\n2+ years of radiation therapy experience\n\n\nGraduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy program\n\n\nIMRT & IGRT experience\n\n\nBasic computer and web-application navigation skills\n\n\nPreferred:\n\n\nMOSAIQ experience\n\n\nTravel Requirements:\n\n\nNo local travelers (must live >50 miles from facility)\n\n\nMust be separated from any BILH facility for ≥6 months to be eligible\n\n\nAll RTO must be included at submission\n\n\nNM will interview and offer directly; include candidate availability\n\n\nParking may cost up to $43/day (ask for details)\n\n\n
