Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the Mother/Baby Couplet Care unit. This role involves providing care to mothers and their newborns, ensuring that both receive the support and attention they need during their hospital stay.

Responsibilities

• Float as needed within the Mother/Baby unit.


• Work weekends as scheduled based on unit needs.


• Fulfill holiday shifts during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• AHA BLS and NRP certifications are required; AHA ACLS is preferred.


• Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in a large (500+ bed) or teaching facility.


• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.


• Experience in antepartum care and willingness to take on charge role.


• EPIC experience within the last 2 years is required.

Additional Information

Public transportation is not accessible in this area. It is essential to have reliable transportation, either a personal vehicle or a rental vehicle, especially during the winter months when all-season or snow tires are recommended.
