• Shift: 12-hour nights\n
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,570 - $1,680\n
• Charting System: Epic EMR\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Mississippi or compact state; willing to wait for license if needed)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (Burn ICU experience preferred but not required)\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting system\n
• Ability to manage a 1:3 patient ratio (occasionally 1:4; 1:2 if ICU patients included)\n
• Compliance with flu vaccine requirements (medical exemptions require documentation)\n
• Fingerprinting required (remote or in-person options available)\n
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to burn ICU patients\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Epic EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as needed\n
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families\n
• Provide coverage during at least one holiday during the assignment\n
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols\n
