CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nLocation: 1600 South 48th Street, Lincoln, NE 68506, United States\nRadius: 60 miles (must submit DL for radius verification)\nHiring Process: Profile reviewed → If qualified, sent directly to manager for interview\nOrientation: Clinicians must be in-state during orientation week (even if first-day modules are remote)\n\nUNIT INFORMATION\nUnit: CVOR – Cardiovascular Operating Room\n# of Suites: 16\nAverage Cases/Day: ~30\nScrubbing: Required? → Preferred (RN)\nSupport Staff:\n\nRNCC\n\nLead CVOR Tech\n\nOne OR tech per room\n\nEMR: Epic\nDress Code: Blue scrubs\nFloating: General OR if no CVOR cases\nUnit-Specific Orientation: Provided\nSHIFT & SCHEDULING\n\nScheduling Type: Pod scheduling & rotation\n\nSelf-scheduling: Not indicated\n\nWeeknight Call: Yes — typically 1 weekday per week\n\nWeekend Call: Yes — typically 1 weekend per month\n\nHoliday Call: Required\n\nCall Response Time: 30 minutes\n\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS\n\nBLS\n\nMUST -HAVE EXPERIENCE\n\nStrong CVOR circulating experience\n\nScrubbing CVOR experience strongly preferred\n\nExperience with high-acuity cardiovascular surgical procedures\n\nMust be able to function independently and manage complex cardiac cases\n\nCOMMON CVOR CASES\n\nCABG\n\nTAVR\n\nEVAR / TEVAR\n\nLobectomy\n\nPericardial Window\n\nAdditional high-acuity cardiovascular and thoracic procedures\n\nTRAVELER REQUIREMENTS\n\nMust live 60+ miles from facility (DL required for proof)\n\nMust be able to meet 30-minute call response time\n\nMust be in-state for orientation week\n\nCompliance and onboarding items must be completed prior to start
