Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that caters to patients of all ages, including special care populations such as cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, including blood product administration and IV management.


• Perform critical assessments, interpret data, and respond appropriately to patient needs.


• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic health record (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required.


• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.


• Epic charting system experience is required.


• Must be prepared to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance.


• License in hand required at the time of submission.
