Key Responsibilities: - Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements: - Active CNA certification.
