This position serves as a Tier 2 technical expert within the centralized IT Help Desk.Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:* Providing advanced support for escalated issues involving hardware, software, network connectivity, and instructional technology.* Using specialized knowledge of institutional systems to resolve complex incidents.* Mentoring Tier 1 staff.* Assisting in IT project implementation.* Contributing to knowledge base development and system enhancements.**Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
