But it takes more than just 12 months to get there. The ideal person for this position is more concerned about a rewarding career with unlimited income growth and challenging projects than earning a quick buck out of the gate. While experience in sales is a plus, recent colleges graduates are welcome. You must be comfortable talking to executive-level decision-makers selling our technical solutions. Our market is competitive so you must have the strength to beat the competition. Our sales cycle can be as long as 3-6 months. Do you have the staying power to go the distance?

THE DAY-TO-DAY MUST DO’S

Call on our current clients, and prospective clients within assigned territory to introduce to them our award-winning products and solution offerings. You must hunt for new business opportunities by cold calling/tele-prospecting to new and current clients to schedule introduction appointments You must be comfortable working remotely without supervision-- strong organizational skills and self‑discipline is a must. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Fearlessly qualify and negotiate sales opportunities Achieve a monthly/quarterly budget/quota Build rapport and trust and establish long‑term relationships with customers

QUALIFICATIONS
