Tax Senior

Tax Senior - Make the Move from Public Accounting to a Firm That Values You

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies that align with their goals.
• Conduct tax research and interpret federal and state tax laws.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to support financial reporting and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Stay current on tax law changes and help clients adapt proactively.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required (EA a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Experience with S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships.
• Proficiency in tax software and research tools.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
