Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Review and supervise the preparation of federal and state tax returns.
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA or EA license required (If you are actively pursuing, that works too)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Currently serving as a Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager at a CPA firm
- Proven experience managing tax engagements across multiple entity types
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $120k - $150k+ (DoE)
- 2-4 Bonuses a Year
