About the Role

As a Stylist / Store Leader at Franco Uomo Palo Alto, you will be a cornerstone of the in-store experience—combining leadership, client expertise, and operational excellence. You’ll drive custom and ready-to-wear sales, lead and mentor your team, and uphold Franco Uomo’s values of craftsmanship, authenticity, and service. This position is based specifically in Palo Alto and is distinct from the upcoming San Francisco location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations for custom and ready-to-wear garments
• Guide clients through fabric selection, fitting, and styling with attention to detail
• Collaborate with our team to maintain a gold-standard culture and service
• Ensure team presentation, communication, and service align with brand standards
• Oversee and maintain visual merchandising to reflect a premium brand aesthetic
• Maintain adherence to operational procedures and store policies

Qualifications

• Exceptional clienteling and customer service skills, especially in a luxury setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service management or leadership role
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for menswear, tailoring, and presentation
• Flexibility with scheduling

Pay range and compensation package

Hourly Pay: $28–$35/hour based on experience and performance

Sliding Commission Plan: Earn commission on monthly sales with increasing rates based on performance tiers
