Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Im partnering with a venture-backed fintech startup thats building AI-native tools to automate mortgage workflows and modernize the U.S. home-buying process. Since launching in 2020, their platform has already powered tens of billions of dollars in new home loans and theyve secured over $40M in funding.

Were looking for Software Engineers who want to make a real impact in one of the largest financial markets in the world. Youll join a small, high-velocity team where engineers ship code on day one and own mission-critical projects end to end.

What youll do

• Architect, build, and launch AI-powered agents to digitize lending workflows.
• Integrate with third-party APIs for disclosures, underwriting, and fraud prevention.
• Design and scale job-processing infrastructure on AWS for reliability and observability.
• Collaborate across product and engineering to deliver financial systems with real-world impact.
