We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor for a fast-paced operation in the food manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to jump in alongside the team and take ownership of logistics and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving functions
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity goals are met
• Coordinate with production and customer service teams to align shipping schedules
• Assist with inventory control and documentation
• Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar industry preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
• Ability to lead by example and be actively involved in daily operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Forklift certification is a requirement
