Northmarq is strategically expanding our National Platform for Retail Institutional Investment Sales . We are currently hiring experienced Investment Sales Brokers who specialize in Retail Shopping Centers and are located in the Southeast.

We're looking for Senior Investment Brokers with:

• 5+ years of proven deal success in Retail Shopping Centers across the Southeast.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to grow your business.
• A strong reputation for generating new business, fostering client trust, and delivering repeatable results.
• The drive to lead, innovate, and elevate the industry standard

Northmarq's Southeast offices: Atlanta; the Carolinas – Charlotte and Raleigh; and Florida - Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach.
