With a passion for high-end design, lasting craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in delivering exceptional landscape solutions.  As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Seasonal Styling Designer to join our team.

Position Overview:

As the Seasonal Styling Designer, you will play a vital role in our company's success by designing and leading install teams to execute refined seasonal displays for high end residential properties.  This is a leadership position within the Maintenance division as you will help train and guide other team members in seasonal styling techniques, quality standards and installation best practices.  You will work closely with the account managers and sales staff for seasonal styling clients, and report directly to the Maintenance Operations Manager.  Your strong design sensibility, hands-on experience and ability to elevate team members will be essential to the success of this division and the growth of our seasonal styling portfolio.  This position offers the opportunity to blend creativity, execution and leadership for the right candidate..

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Seasonal Styling sales staff to create competitive and upscale bids for container, in-ground and holiday decor jobs on high end properties.
• Design and install high-end container plantings, in ground plantings and holiday decor jobs (Fall mums, pumpkin displays, Winter holiday light and container displays). Execute installations with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Customize designs to complement landscape style and client preferences.
• Selection, ordering and upkeep of premium plant material and decor with attention to quality, scale, texture and color.
• Train and mentor crew members on seasonal styling methods, material handling and quality standards.
• Oversee quality control, seasonal refreshes and fertilization of all seasonal styling jobs.
• Coordinate closely with operations managers, account managers and installation crews.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion and white glove service service on high end properties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of (3) years of proven experience in seasonal styling, horticulture or floral design.
• Prior experience on high end residential properties or estates.
• Strong eye for design, color, plant health, quality and attention to detail.
• Expert level understanding of annual and perennial plant material required.
• This is a hybrid office and field position.  Requires ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, ability to lift and install materials up to 50 lbs and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a team oriented attitude.
• Experience with holiday decor and lighting installations.
• Ability to handle all responsibilities with professionalism during peak transition periods and holidays.
• Being a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker is a plus.
