Job Description:

As a Project Manager/Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating roofing projects from start to finish. Your role will involve engaging in direct sales, coordinating between homeowners and subcontractors, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Engage in in-home sales presentations in various neighborhoods.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively between homeowners and subcontractors.
• Document project details and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic calculations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (Commission-based)
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, commission pay

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
