Rope Ascender Technical & Training Specialist Staffmark is seeking an experienced Rope Ascender Technical & Training Specialist to sell powered rope ascender solutions. This role is suitable for candidates with technical expertise and proven sales success in rope access or related industries, working with professionals like rope access technicians, utility linemen, and arborists. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually + bonus plan Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Drive sales by building strategies, identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, attending trade shows, and closing contracts. Deliver technical training, support, and on-site demonstrations for powered rope ascenders; gather customer feedback for improvements. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support growth. Travel frequently within assigned territories, with potential international travel.
