WHAT MAKES A BURKE WILLIAMS RESERVATION CALL CENTER TEAM MEMBER?

• A passion for customer service. As the voice of Burke Williams, you will need to be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, articulate and have a personality where your genuine warmth shines right through that phone. We strive for 5 star ratings on every call!
• A desire to learn with our initial 2-week paid training program followed by continuous training that will give you the skills to excel. You will need to be an expert in all our spa services and our computer system that manages guest reservations.

**We are currently looking for candidates that have open availability on weekends and have a flexible schedule such as working evenings, mornings and mid shifts. 

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have own equipment and internet service to work from home: Computer or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher (no MAC, no chrome books, Ipad, Tablets), Minimum 8GB Memory and Minimum 250GB of hard disk space, Google Chrome OR Firefox browser, Ethernet cord. T-MOBILE OR ANY 5G INTERNET SERVICE NOT ACCEPTED (NO Hot spots/ or WIFI only)

• Any further qualifications regarding equipment compatibility will be discussed and verified upon interview.

• Must have a quiet space to perform work at home, with no background noises or distractions that would cause a poor guest experience or disruption to others within the training program.

• Must be able to have video on and audio settings on and working for live zoom training with a strong connection.

• Someone who is very comfortable learning remotely and who can navigate computer settings, browser settings, and general internet troubleshooting with minimal support.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of work from home experience (positive feedback provided from this employer on how you performed working remotely)

**All interviews for the position will be conducted by phone and by Zoom**

** Paid training beginning Monday, October 20th, 2025 if hired **

2-week training program  via zoom with a live trainer (Training schedule is: Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:00p)

• After training is complete the schedule will change to a permanent schedule (schedules do not fluctuate weekly) You must have a flexible schedule, that includes weekends, to be considered. We will be offering full time schedules at 32 hrs a week.

BENEFITS

• $16.00/hour + incentives and yearly increases!

This call center reservationist position will require that you stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, type >35wpm and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. You must be able to perform these and other reasonable job duties as requested by managers.
