We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master who can immediately take ownership of a high-performing Agile team. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 20 throughout various time zones. They will be supporting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Assess team resources, ensure backlog and stories are groomed, evaluate work intake capacity, align on front-end and back-end development needs, and incorporate necessary tools into the backlog.
