We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Remote Accounting Clerk focused on check printing and mailing tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong recordkeeping skills and familiarity with check printing software. You will be directly responsible for ensuring timely and accurate printing, preparation, and mailing of company checks.
Print checks using approved accounting and check printing software.
Prepare and apply mailing labels, ensuring accuracy in recipient details.
Mail out checks promptly within designated time frames.
Maintain clear and organized records of all issued checks and mailed documents.
Communicate with the accounting team to confirm payment schedules and resolve discrepancies.
Must be available daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (local time) to complete assigned tasks.
Weekly pay: $650 .
Gas allowance provided.
Reimbursement/coverage for essential supplies after onboarding (check paper, mailing materials).
Familiarity with check printing software and mailing label preparation.
Must own a reliable printer capable of handling check paper and labels.
Ability to purchase and maintain check paper and related supplies to get started.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Reliable internet connection for communication and reporting.
