Reconstruction Junior Project Manager to join our team!
Position : Full-Time | Hourly Rate + Commission
Location : In-person - 113 Clermont Ave
Schedule : MonFri, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities - Manage all construction project phases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Track project timelines, budgets, and compliance with codes/scope
- Document photos, contracts, and change orders
- Work with superintendents on daily and final project reviews
- Handle vendor negotiations, permitting, and final documentation
Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
- Construction management experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet profit goals
- Personal phone (for work-related apps)
Physical Requirements - Standing/walking/driving for extended periods
- Comfortable with ladders/heights
- Able to pass a background check
