Industry-Leading Training & Support to Help You Succeed

• Estimated Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 per year
• Pay range is based off of possible commissions earned, and is not reflective of any base salary.

Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this position anywhere in California, candidates must:

• Hold a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Be eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Work closely with home buyers and sellers to understand their needs and guide them through the transaction process.
• Deliver outstanding service and expert advice to establish trust and encourage long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed about the California real estate market to answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, and trends.
• Draft and present well-prepared purchase offers to streamline the closing process for buyers.
