Position Summary:

We are seeking an ARIZONA fully licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The role is telehealth OR hybrid, offering flexibility for both remote telehealth services and in-person visits at our [location]. You will work under the supervision of a board-certified psychiatrist, delivering psychiatric assessments, medication management, and follow-up care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans.

- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and medical director

- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.

- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
