Project Manager

Location: Concord, OH

A  Project Manager (PM)at Bellco Feeders is responsible for guiding assigned projects from kick-off through closeout. Typical projects average $50,000 in value , with PMs managing an average of 40 projects per year . The PM serves as the key liaison between the client, vendors, and the Bellco Feeders team—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

This is an  entry-level position , ideal for someone who has earned their  PMP certification and is ready to develop hands-on project management experience in custom automation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple feeder system projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on schedule, on budget, and to customer specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including engineering, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Coordinate with our overseas partner, including checking emails and messages outside of regular business hours.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress using appropriate tools, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, or cost while keeping accurate project documentation.
• Assist in solving technical challenges by coordinating with the engineering team and customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level project management professional with a  PMP certification .
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and team members.
• A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as  Smartsheet (preferred).

Compensation details: 65000-75000
