Our client, a professional firm HQ in Chicago, is seeking a Presentation Designer to help ramp up efforts on an exciting project. This role will focus on creating concepts and templates for a new marketing presentation to present to clients and internal stakeholders.

Contract: Approx. 6 months with likelihood of extension and/or possibility for conversion to permanent

Schedule/location: Onsite in the loop, Mon-Fri 11am – 7pm CT

What You’ll Do:

• Design and update presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and marketing collateral using PowerPoint, InDesign, and other tools.
• Transform data into clear, engaging visuals such as charts, graphs, maps, and tables.
• Ensure all work aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
• Collaborate with business development teams to produce materials for high-impact client pitches and proposals.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and style.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in presentation/graphic design in a professional services setting
• Degree in related field
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and production processes.
• Proven ability to work from templates while delivering a polished, professional final product.
• A portfolio showcasing PowerPoint and InDesign projects (digital or print).

Compensation: $45-55/hour
