A fast-growing, multi-location healthcare group in South Texas is seeking a strategic and hands-on Practice Administrator to lead operations across its interventional pain management clinics. With a mission to transform patient experience and significantly scale its regional footprint, this is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to clinic staff for high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
• Operational Enhancements: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze clinic data to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance.
• Efficient Resource Management: Manage staffing, schedules, and resources to meet patient demand effectively.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and expense control for clinic operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.

Location: This position is based full time in McAllen, TX (8am-5pm daily), with a small amount of travel to other local offices required.

Package: $90,000 - $115,000 plus bonus, 401k and health insurance.
