**Now Hiring: Part-Time or Full time Physical Therapy Aide!**

**Position:**Part-Time or Full Time Physical Therapy Aide

**Summary:**Our dynamic and growing outpatient orthopedic clinic is on the lookout for a passionate and diligent Physical Therapy Aide to join our proficient team! We are dedicated to aiding patients in reaching their functional goals and providing top-notch manual treatment.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist the therapy team with patients, including monitoring patients, documentation of exercises and treatment performed, assisting with gathering and clean-up of modalities, maintaining equipment, keeping track of inventory, learning and helping with some front desk responsibilities.

Potential to help with Social Media and collection of Google Reviews.

**Measurement of Success:**- Cares about patients and their experiences within Physical Therapy. Help facilitate a team approach between all of the employees, the patients, and other community members. Writes, speaks and communicates in layman’s terms which patients respond to and understand. Communicates with other staff in an effective manner.

**Qualifications:**- The aide we are looking for is a self-motivated, very organized individual with a High School Diploma. The aide should have an interest in the healthcare field and enjoys personally interacting with people. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, flexible, adaptable, able to work mornings and evenings, 3-5 days per week, 40 hours per week if full time (or 15+ hours a week for part-time), no weekends, and for a year or more commitment.
