About the role

As a Personal Lines Producer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that protect what matters most to them. You'll handle everything from presenting policy options and processing applications to cross-selling within the existing book of business and assisting with claims when needed. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

What you'll bring

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Proven experience as an insurance producer with a focus on personal lines products preferred
• Demonstrable sales success and track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
