A high-profile individual in the entertainment industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join a tight-knit team. This role works closely alongside an Executive Assistant and a broader support team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for a busy, dynamic household and professional environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal support, handling a wide range of daily needs, both large and small.
  • Assist with dog care, including feeding, walking, and coordination with other pet staff as needed.
  • Liaise with security, house staff, management, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including domestic and international trips; ability to be on set during extended projects.
  • Maintain flexibility with schedule and responsibilities, including after-hours availability when required.
  • Support the EA in managing coverage, ensuring seamless on-call rotation.
  • Handle errands, reservations, personal shopping, and ad-hoc requests with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Uphold strict discretion, professionalism, and ability to read the room in sensitive environments.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of prior experience as a Personal Assistant (entertainment experience a plus but not required).
  • Prior experience supporting a high-net-worth individual, family, or similar fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Must be highly discreet, professional, and able to manage boundaries in a celebrity environment.
  • Dog-friendly and comfortable with pet care responsibilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport; ability to travel frequently and on short notice.
  • Based in Los Angeles with knowledge of the local area.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to support wherever needed—no ego, team-oriented mindset.
  • Balanced energy: go-getter attitude without being overly high-strung.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA - On site daily

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 base salary DOE
