Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to grow within a dynamic legal environment and gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
- Assist in case management, including maintaining and organizing files, exhibits, and discovery documents.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, deposition summaries, and court filings.
- Draft routine legal correspondence and client communications.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and third-party vendors as needed.
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist with compliance matters and internal audits as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal environment.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legal procedures, terminology, and documentation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with attorneys, clients, and external partners.
