Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Enfield, CT. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cleaning staff, and ensure high-quality cleaning services are consistently delivered. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Operations Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements. The role is 50 hours a week with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in developing operational strategies and improving processes
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain equipment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
