*About the Role:*

We are seeking a *Network Engineer* to join our team, supporting the *GGDC* and *CEDC delivery centers*. This role focuses on *network troubleshooting, design, and configuration tasks*, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with *routing, switching, IP addressing, wireless networking, and network monitoring tools*.

Initially, the role will focus on *GGDC and CEDC operational support*, with potential for expansion into additional agency networks over time. The selected candidate will work closely with the existing support team to transition responsibilities, allowing senior staff to focus on strategic initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform *troubleshooting, design, and configuration* of network infrastructure.
* Manage and optimize *routing and switching protocols* to ensure reliable connectivity.
* Configure and maintain *IP addressing and subnetting* across network systems.
* Support *wireless networking* deployments and troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues.
* Utilize *network monitoring and management tools* to proactively identify and resolve issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on network architecture and performance.
* Document network configurations, maintenance tasks, and incident resolutions.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
* Mid-level experience with *network troubleshooting, design, and configuration*.
* Strong hands-on expertise with *routing, switching, IP addressing/subnetting, and wireless networking*.
* Broad experience with *network monitoring and management tools*.
* Excellent *problem-solving skills* and *attention to detail*.

*Nice to Have:*
* *CCNA* or *CCNP* certification.
* Experience with *SD-WAN* technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
