Base pay range $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr This range is provided by Binding Minds Inc. (Certified Disability Owned Business Enterprise). The role combines project management, event logistics, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality meeting experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee meetings, advisory boards, and events while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage vendors and suppliers, providing project management direction to meet business and stakeholder needs. Use systems/tools (e.g., SAP, Office 365) for planning, contracting, and reporting. Build strong partnerships with internal teams (compliance, finance, procurement) and external vendors. Identify opportunities to optimize processes, systems, and stakeholder experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 1–3 years of experience in pharma or meetings/events management. Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Project management experience preferred; proficiency with MS Office 365 and SAP. Ability to solve problems, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
