We are looking for a Secondary School Mathematics Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August, 2026About the schoolPrivate school based in Beijing. It is among the first schools in China authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). Offering boarding and day school facilities, it caters to students in primary, middle, and high school levels, encompassing both local and international students. With a diverse community of over 500 staff from various countries and regions, the institution presently houses 75 classes and more than 2,000 students, including 300 students and 60 staff in the Primary School department.Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of Mathematics to secondary school students utilizing IB MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsRequirementsBachelor's degree, Master's degree preferredExperience in a MYP or secondary Mathematics classroomValid teaching certificate or proof of qualified teacher statusExperience working in a bilingual setting preferredSalary and benefitsMonthly salary range of 30,000 to 40,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of up to 10,000 RMBAnnual round-trip airfare home up to 8,000 RMBInternational health insuranceFree education for dependent childrenFree breakfast and lunchResidence and work permit sponsored
