Role Introduction

Were looking for a Marketing Associate to help plan, execute, and scale CozmoX AIs marketing efforts. Youll work closely with the founding team to coordinate campaigns, events, and partnerships that strengthen our brand and drive awareness. This is a hands-on role where youll move fast, learn quickly, and help turn ideas into real-world results. If youre highly organized, creative, and eager to work in an environment where every week feels different, youll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, field activations, and CXO events.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and creative assets to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in developing and updating content across our social channels, website, and email campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple summaries or reports.
• Work with the founders and partnerships team to align messaging and tone.

Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications.
• Based in the Bay Area and available to start immediately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting live events or marketing activations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, etc.
• Basic understanding of social media management and analytics.
