Pay: Receive starting pay of $23.50/ hr , quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, and a $2,000 hiring bonus after 90 days
Schedule : This is a rare DAY shift opening! On our 5225 work schedule, you would work a 12-hour shift. 5 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 5 days off!

Work closely with steel billets as they come off the production line
Tag and label each billet accurately
Inspect billets for imperfections and ensure top-tier quality
Learn to operate overhead cranes through on-the-job training
Safely transport billets into storage using crane system
A high school diploma or GED (we can help through our free GEDWorks program)
Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations).
Can communicate clearly with team members.
A team player who works well with others.
Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed.
Good at solving simple problems on the job.
Forklift experience is a plus!
Overhead crane operation experience
Background in manufacturing or industrial production
Solid understanding of workplace safety
