RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including high-capacity industrial washers and dryers.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed, using technical manuals, schematics, and standard practices.
• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Order and track required parts, tools, and supplies in compliance with company procurement policies.
• Maintain daily equipment schedules and accurate maintenance records.
• Oversee removal and processing of waste solids generated from treatment systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on wastewater and related systems.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety, boiler, and wastewater treatment procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols, including electrical lock-out/tag-out practices.
• Support facility operations through housekeeping, inspections, and other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
• Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance practices.
• Working knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and applicable safety codes.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and required overtime.
