Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Secretary based in New York, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Legal Secretary will handle legal document preparation, manage diaries and schedules, and provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of legal operations. Responsibilities also include assisting attorneys with research and case-related tasks, as well as maintaining organized records and files.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
  • 6 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and capability to assist with legal research and case support
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and multitasking
  • Diary Management skills, including scheduling and calendar organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with office software and legal research tools
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is highly desirable
