Lab Technician needed!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and scientifically driven Quality Lab Technician to support our laboratory operations with a focus on raw material testing. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and compliance of incoming materials used in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, hands-on experience with analytical testing, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials in accordance with established protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize analytical instruments such as pH meters, balances, spectrophotometers, and other lab equipment to conduct tests.
• Document test results accurately and promptly in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
• Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods as needed.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Support investigations related to out-of-specification results and deviations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and other relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with raw material specifications and testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
