Job Title: Service Desk / Help Desk Support

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Duration: 10+ Month of Contract

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights, Weekends, Holidays)

Work Mode: Onsite during core business hours; nights, weekends, second shift, and holidays are remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Agent to provide technical support to internal users in a fast-paced call center environment. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, responding to calls and chats, and ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote application and technical support to internal users
  • Respond to inbound calls and chat requests efficiently
  • Troubleshoot primarily software-related issues; assist with basic hardware queries
  • Log, track, and escalate tickets using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Remotely access end-user systems to resolve issues and achieve first-call resolution
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

Basic Requirements

  • Experience in Help Desk / Service Desk or IT Support roles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Willingness to work shift-based schedules, including nights and weekends

Training & Schedule

  • Rotational shifts based on business needs (including weekends)
  • Training: First 2 weeks: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (classroom-style training)
