RUSH Marine, LLC., a division of RUSH Construction Inc. is a leading marine construction contractor specializing in building, repairing, and maintaining docks, seawalls, pilings, boat lifts, bulkheads, and other waterfront structures. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in both general labor and skilled trade positions to support our growing marine projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction, repair, and demolition of marine structures including piers, bulkheads, pilings, seawalls, and related infrastructure
• Perform rigging, material handling, and site cleanup on land and over water
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Support skilled trades such as pile driving, welding, carpentry, and equipment operation
• Work from barges, scaffolding, lifts, and over-water platforms as required
• Follow strict safety procedures for marine and heavy construction environments
• Assist with loading/unloading of barges, cranes, and supply vessels
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors and foremen

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in heavy construction, marine construction, pile driving, or related trades preferred
• Comfortable working around water and in physically demanding conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, working outdoors year-round)
• Ability to work safely on barges, docks, and over-water structures
• TWIC card, OSHA certifications, or other safety credentials a plus
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability are essential
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation required
