Salary: Dependent on Experience

Position Summary:

As part of the team, you'll assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems. General laborers will provide support with materials, site preparation, and cleanup, while skilled laborers will bring their expertise to install roofing systems, manage roofing components, and ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems, including shingles, metal roofing, and other materials.
• Perform general labor duties, including loading and unloading materials, setting up scaffolding, and maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Operate and maintain roofing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in removing old roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred for Skilled Labor positions, but not required for General Labor.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in roofing projects.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
