Have good educational concepts and methods that keep up with the times
Hold a valid coaching certificate
Love learning, constantly update teaching ideas and methods
Do not dye hair, tattoo or smoke 1. Formulate the semester training plan for the teenagers in charge of the age group, as well as the lesson plan for each training

Implement football coaching with different ways depends on different ages and levels
Summary and feedback of training results
Team up to participate in various events, pre-game preparation, in-game guidance, post-game summary, and targeted training.
