Join to apply for the Food Production Manager role at Aramark Aramark Healthcare+ is searching for a Food Production Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day food production and kitchen operations at Baylor Scott & White Lakeway Hospital, located in Lakeway, TX. Job Responsibilities Manages production for front of the house retail operations and catering; assists with patient production as needed. Manages food cost, food safety and waste controls. Trains and manages kitchen personnel and supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities. Records inventory and estimates food consumption and requisition or purchase food. Plans menus and implements specials and limited time offers; selects and develops recipes and standardizes production recipes to ensure consistent quality. Establishes presentation techniques and quality standards, and plans and prices menus. Ensures proper equipment operation/maintenance and maintains kitchen safety and sanitation. Oversees special catering events and may offer culinary instruction or demonstrate culinary techniques. Assists with managing patient feeding and retail operations as needed. Qualifications Requires at least 2 years of experience in a culinary management role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Culinary Arts degree desired. SERV Safe certification or HACCP knowledge required. Experience with production systems is preferred. Seeking an innovative culinarian with strong leadership skills.
