This role is full-time and hourly with steady overtime opportunities. And thanks to the Big Beautiful Bill, overtime pay is now tax-free - so more of what you earn, stays yours.

We know moving for work is a big decision, so we're offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

What You'll Actually Do

• Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs of all sizes
• Work outdoors on lifts, cranes, and rooftops - no two jobs are ever the same
• Wire and troubleshoot electrical components on sign systems
• Read drawings, review specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time
• Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to stay efficient on site
• Document your work with photos and checklists, and communicate clearly with your crew, office, and customers

Minimum Requirements

• 8,000 or more hours of verifiable sign installation or service experience
• Eligible and willing to test for a Texas Journeyman Sign Electrician license
• Reliable work ethic and safety-first mindset
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, cranes, and physical labor
• Ability to read plans, specs, and follow codes
• Welding &/or crane/lift experience
• Commercial Driver's License Preferred
