Event Staffing Personnel in Bonner Springs, KS is looking for event staff at Azura Amphitheater to join our team. Azura Amphitheater is located at 633 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Our team works hard at a high-level, but we work together with a purpose and have fun. We offer flex scheduling and positions start at $16.00 per hour. These jobs are centered around guest services and event personnel teams. We can not put enough emphasis on the word "team". Everything we do is a team environment.

Some of the different job functions that you could be placed in are listed below.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests within the venue
• Scan tickets at entrances
• Keep guests safe and report/handle potential issues
• Use metal detectors and/or wands for disallowed objects to keep them from being brought into the venue
• Interact with guests to make sure they are in the proper areas
• Communicate with supervisors on problems observed or reported that can impact guest satisfaction
• Adhere to the dress code provided to employees
• Be able to work as a team with all internal and external people in the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Be able to walk extended distances
• Have the ability to work in all weather environments (outdoor venue)
• Enjoy talking to the public and have great communication skills
• Be punctual for all shifts you are working
• Must be able to remain focused and engaged during stressful situations
• Have a customer centered attitude
• Must submit to a background check (no violent felony convictions)
