Exam Proctor Hilton San Jose
Location: Hilton San Jose, 300 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95110
Based in Raleigh, NC, we specialize in customer support solutions and are searching for attentive individuals to help manage SAT test administrations. This contract role offers flexible scheduling, making it an excellent option for those seeking occasional part-time work.
Responsibilities
- Verify student identification and oversee testing rooms.
- Uphold exam protocols and assist with any logistical needs.
- Supervise the entire testing room and guide support team (Lead Proctor).
- Help with checkin and monitor students during the test (Room Monitor).
- Supervise student movement, manage breaks, and oversee dismissal (Hallway Monitor).
- Assist with technical troubleshooting such as WiFi or browser issues (Technical Support Helper).
- Greet students and families, direct participants to the right areas, and help manage entry processes (Crowd Flow Assistant).
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Dependable and professional.
- No testing experience required training provided.
- Own a working smartphone and a personal laptop, tablet, or Chromebook.
- Clear communication skills.
- Comfortable maintaining structure and enforcing quiet during testing.
- Ideal for college students, educators, retirees, or anyone interested in event work.
Pay and Benefits

Work Schedule
- 4hour paid training session followed by an 8hour exam day.
